Personal Training

The TW Personal Training Packages are on going personal training sessions in my St. john’s wood personal training studio. This is ideal for clients who have completed the transformation programme or for clients who are looking to loose body fat, improve their health and build lean muscle.

I design your programmes based on your individual goals, using tried and tested nutritional and exercise programming. Choose from 2 to 5 personal training sessions per week.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Your initial consultation we will include:

  • Detailed discussion on your current eating, lifestyle and exercise habits.
  • We will set your monthly and long term goals, to keep you on track.
  • We will go over your medical history and take blood pressure readings.

2. PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

I will design a personalised programme based on the information gathered during the initial consultation. Meaning both your training and nutritional programmes are specific towards your individual goals and lifestyle.

3. INDIVIDUALISED NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMME

You will receive your individualised nutrition programme, which is designed to educate you on how to lead a healthier lifestyle and make your goals achievable and possible. You will also have access to on going support and advice throughout your training.

4. REGULAR ASSESSMENTS

To ensure you are on track to meet your monthly and long term goals, we will complete regular assessments. Depending on what your goals are we will use performance assessments, circumference measurements and or callipers to read body fat percentages and muscle gain.
