This is a 12 week body transformation programme which is suitable for men and women who are looking to make a real change to their physique. You will need to train 4-5 times a week with me at my gym. The programme aims to educate you on the best way to get lean, strong and healthy through different nutritional and training protocols while supporting you in achieving a real transformation in the way you look and feel.
Here is some of what you can expect as part of the program:
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
On your initial consultation we will cover setting your goals for the programme duration and beyond, we will do an initial body fat testing, a movement screening analysis and we will go over your medical history to make sure your training sessions are safe and effective.
2. 4-5 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK
You will need to commit to 4 or 5 one hour personal training sessions per week, during which we will train together. The cornerstone of the training programme is resistance training. It is designed to take you through a series of different training protocols to get the best results out of your work and to transform your physique.
3. INDIVIDUALISED NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMME
This includes a 3 phase nutritional programme, with the aim of educating you on how to eat healthily, during the programme duration and beyond. You will learn how to eat the right things in the right quantities and how to tweak your menu to reap the best results from your training programme.
4. REGULAR BODY FAT TESTING
To ensure you are on track to meet your goals, and that you are loosing fat and gaining muscle mass, we will be using callipers to track any body composition adjustments, at regular intervals.
