Tom really pushed me hard, as I wanted to achieve my goal in a short period of time. It was intense but well worth it. I lost 4kg of body fat within 5 weeks and I feel much stronger, leaner and fitter as a result of his training program and nutritional coaching.

Tom’s knowledge and expertise has really developed my functional strength and overall mobility. He has addressed my muscular imbalances, enabling me to move and function efficiently. I have competed in triathlon events, marathons and middle distance running. Through training with Tom, I now feel fitter and better prepared to improve my PBs.
