Tom changed my life. In reality, he saved my life!

I went into the program thinking that I was relatively fit and in ok shape. Tom taught more about the body in 6 months than I had learned in 30 years.

The importance of diet and training properly – eating the right fats + carbs, fueling the body, giving the body time to recover and rest, hitting the right muscle groups and using the right exercises + supplements for my body.
The scariest thing about the whole program is how easy it was to get results, provided I dedicated myself to some simple rules and routine. I had in my head that you had to have great genetics to be in shape or you had to work out at all hours to really make a difference. But, you really don’t. It’s hard work and he pushes you to the max, but in reality it’s simply an hour of out of your day to really focus and work hard on your most important asset/tool, your body.
I stopped drinking regularly in order to focus on the training (although I did still drink, just less during the weekdays) and as result made the most out of every day because I had a clear head and felt energized. I performed better at work and in everyday life I felt much happier with everyday life.
It was the best investment I ever made and I will 100% be committing to another program to see what I can achieve next. Tom is definitely the best personal trainer in Marylebone it is an absolute no-brainer and I would recommend to everyone I know.
